I use them occasionally, the do the same for me as regular baby wipes, some people say wipes are bad but they work great for me.

My dermatologist told me that I should stay away from products with benzoyl alcohol in it, so I would not use these wipes if I were you.

No due to the Solvent Alcohol, fragrance will also irritate acne. Lumene has some nice face wipes.
