I think that is more like a strawberry blonde / blonde with a red undertone. It is a gorgeous colour though and I think you could really pull it off.

I don't think it would flatter your skin tone, but that's just my honest opinion. You picture looks like you have very cool skin, so the red/yellow tones would really clash. I've done it before. But maybe it's just the picture! If your skin undertone is neutral or warm I think it could really work. :)

In my honest opinion I feel as though the colour doesn't fit you, but that's just my opinion.
