Personally it's pretty hot here in Australia right now, was 45 degrees the other day lol. The only foundation I've found a can hold up in humid/hot weather is the Rimmel 25hour stay liquid foundation :)

To answer your question I'm assuming you mean a foundation? I really like revlon colorstay. It stays put even when it's 115f degrees.

Powder and mattifying sprays. Blotting paper. Avoid makeups that cook and change color in the heat, try googling foundation reviews for people in tropical places (Confident Beauty at wordpress has a load of foundation recommendations and she lives in Georgia where it gets pretty hot and steamy in the summer...)

Going to the Philippines for a month and I need some sort of coverage for my dark spots. The temperature over there will be 30 degrees minimum...
