I really wanna buy this dress but then I noticed you can't really wear anything under it... Which I'm not comfortable doing. Any suggestions?

You can wear petals as a bra they sell them anywhere their basically petals for your chest and for underwear your could try and find one with clear string :D hope I could help

Nude spandex or undies with clear strings. There's also the "c-string" thong which you could look up.
