There's a lot actually there are many that sell formal dresses specifically 👌
But I agree with the other girls: Nordstrom, urban,  etc.

If you're anywhere near the Baltimore area, there's a WONDERFUL discount clothing store (kind of like TJMaxx but much classier) called Loehman's. Got my gorgeous prom dress there for $50 and the shoes for $35! I don't know if they have any other stores in other locations, but if you're anywhere near Bmore, definitely check it out.
