So I see that MAC has makeup wipes. Are they worth getting for? Because they are more expensive than most makeup cleansing wipes; like for example my current wipes by Pond's. So are those extra dollars worth it?

Nope!

If price doesn't bother you its great to try once just to say you tried it if you're a MAC fan. I only get two packs year and get Target brand wipes the rest of the time. MAC wipes do a great job at removing all my eye makeup (even the heavy smokey eye looks I do). And removing lipstick without causing major irritation.

They're not worth it. Pond's do the same job for less, if not even better.

Its not the price that bothers me, it's how it leaves my skin feeling after. Don't laugh ladies but....lol....I love baby wipes for sensitive skin. Target brand. Less than three dollars:)

Nope, I fell for the hype and ended up hating them the only ones that I am sticking to right now are the Neutrogena ones (the blue package or the teal Hydrating package) and they also have the Koh Gen Do brand at sephora super expensive BUT those babies have ZERO irritants and take every bit of waterproof makeup off...

I use ponds wipes and they work just fine. Why spend extra money on a MAC product?

Worth it. People saying its irritating because the scrub too hard causing wrinkles. Wash your face with a face scrub, use the wipes after and then apply a FACE lotion. I beg you never to use body lotion on your face it harms it so much. When you use your scrub and wipes don't scrub too hard!

Most irritation caused by wipes is the lack of knowledge on how to use these wipes. Wash your skin first, use the wipes (do not scrub!!) Press and hold the wipe on spots and wiggle a little to lift the makeup that remains from AFTER the wash. You can use practically anything to remove makeup. Baby oil, lotion, olive oil, hand sanitizer, baby wipes, hand soap, baby shampoo, etc. Thry all work with the right techniques :).

I say no. A mac worker removed my make up with one of their wipes and it was instant irritation to my skin. I thought I was going to have a serious break out. If you have oily, acne prone skin the simply ones are great!
