I personally don't like the maybelline gel eyeliner, it dried up really fast -.-

The Body Shop Vitamin E moisturizer, Revlon Bokd Lacquer Mascara, and the Wet n Wild eyeshadow trios are my hg products so far. For liners, I like the Elf liquid liner.

I've had the Maybelline liner and never really had any problems of that sort. I actually liked it a lot, before I switched to mac's gel liner

I loved it because It was very dark & creamy but not too dark but it literally dried up like a month later? I have no idea why.

Yes that, I love it! it stays put if you use a finishing spray, I noticed minimal smudging when I didn't though :( I'm trying to switch to a less expensive liner though.
