As you can see everything on my face is midget so any eye looks to make them stand out would be great. Pic was last week.Thanks.

You can line your waterline with a white or a less harsh peachy tone to make your eyes look more open. Also you can add a subtle shimmery white shade to the inner corners of your eye. When your lashes are big they make the eyes appear more open too so you can try to get big lashes with mascara or falsies (:

Do not put mascara on your lower lashes. put white eyeshadow or white pencil on the lids. avoid dark eyeshadow.
