To add to what everyone else said, if you're using powder to set the undereye makeup, it could be that that is making it look dry. I think it sounds like you're using a concealer made for blemishes though!

The concealer you're using may also be too drying and is not meant for the under eye area

Eye cream is necessary daily regardless. It helps to keep the area moisturized and supple. Use an underfur primer and then apply makeup products. Setting powders are necessary to prevent creasing also.

My makeup dries my undereye how can I stop that? It creases and looks disgusting and flaky.
