Use a lip lip liner close to the color you are using and color in your lips with them first. Then use your lipstick on top. Lipstick will eventually fade, so you'll have to reapply. But at least with the lip liner, when your color starts to fade you still have the liner underneath which will give the effect of the lipstick.

Exfoliate lips, dry them, conceal, powder them, lipliner pencil and powder on top with a similar blush color similar to lipstick. LONG LASTING ALL FREAKIN DAY. Watch kandee johnson's red velvet lip tutorial on youtube! :)
