I basically use 2 gel liners. The Inglot one as well as the Maybelline one. On me Maybelline stays put the whole day. doesn't budge AT ALL.

No, the staying power sucks. I suggest rimmel scandals eyes gel liner.

Is this good I hate how long it takes for liquid liner to dry is this a quick dry and with the money??!!?
