I just got a new pair of glasses and I don't really know if I like them. Anyway, what makeup can I use? I prefer something bold.

Maybe I'm just missing something, but why would having glasses change what eye looks you can/would do? I have glasses, and the only thing they effect is how long my falsies can be before they get annoying. Everything else I just do as if I weren't wearing them.

I have glasses too, on top of having fairly small eyes. To make my eyes pop I wear winged liquid eyeliner and line my Lower water line with white. I also wear tons of mascara on my top and bottom lashes. This seems to work for me.

Also your eyebrows look quite blonde. Don't be afraid to fill them in a shade or two darker to frame your dark glasses.

Those look so good, Andreea! For makeup, I would suggest winged liner and a nice lipstick :)
