Breakout Dilemma! Any suggestions?

Ever since having a kid my skin is just not the same. Well my face actually does fine but I tend to always breakout just in my t zone. why could this be? what can I do to prevent it?

Ugh me too , I have acne scars now -___- , I still have yet to find a good acne wash lol
