I did this twisty look with all graftobian pro paints.
Used nyx eyeshadows for shading and depth. Opinions?

I would make the teeth larger, they cover up more of his face and make certain areas less blotchy but it's a good start

I actually tried this the other day but I didn't have all the colours I wanted with me until a few days ago so I might even try again! You did a pretty awesome job in my opinion haha :) the only thing I'd change is how much space the teeth are taking up, just cause his go out a little bit further. I like your interpretation though :) love american horror story so much lol! 🙌
