@Alexis C a hair mask is a deep conditioning treatment usually put in all of your hair once a week. They usually come in a tub I use herbal essences coconut one :-) its much more of a deeper conditioning treatment compared to a regular conditioner and it makes your hair softer and more manageable well it does for me. Hope that helped :-)

I wash my hair usually every third day and use a mask every two weeks I always use a conditioner in the ends after I wash it.

I was my hair every 2/3 days and a hair mask every Sunday :)

I wash my hair twice a week only (doesn't really matter the days just whenever I feel it's needed that week) and I do a mask once every two weeks.
