I used to have a bad habit of picking at my pimples as well. I agree with what Emily said. I apply a light dab of extra virgin coconut oil overnight to help speed up the healing process. Might want to patch test first to make sure it won't make you break out.

Get a lot of sleep bcuz when your asleep your body repairs itself. Maybe put some Bio oil on it too so nothing scars.

Apply heat for 5min then ice for 5min and repeat ALOT! THEN put Neosporin cream (not ointment) around the edges.

Honestly, your skin will heal when it can. It depends on your over all health, etc. Skin cells typically reproduce at a decent rate, unless you have an autoimmune disorder, for example diabetes, or something similar. Don't put neosporin on anything because it keeps things trapped inside that need to get out. Try not to wear makeup on them, and wash your face gently twice a day. Use a good moisturizer, don't pick them and don't put a toner or anything of the like on them. I'll just dry out and take longer to heal.

Okay so I know you aren't supposed to pop pimples, but I have this terrible habit of popping them (even ones that I know won't even pop). So I have a bunch of acne stabbing on my cheek and above my lip and I was just wondering how I can make it heal fast?
