I prefer waxing, it doesn't hurt to me anymore. but threading gives you better results and last longer.

Depends on what area! My body...wax..eye brows...wax...other facial hair..dermalplaning!! I have super sensitive skin. A friend of mine had herd threaded and she suffered from cystic acne afterward (I think it caused really bad ingrowns) for 6 months. She told me about dermalplaning, and IT'S AMAZING!

I personally prefer threading but my beautician only plucks with tweezers and does an amazing job! xox

Threading, because when I wax it takes a layer of skin off and I have a lot of peach fuzz in my face so when I apply foundation, you can see where the wax was and it looks funny

I wax my eyebrows and it is so quick and easy! Unless you have irritates or sensitive/flaky/dry skin, waxing is a wonderful option of hair removal.

I swear by threading!! I tried waxing and I felt as though it didn't do as clean a job. Plus I feel like women who do threading have more experience at eyebrow shaping.

I love threading. If you get a good lady, they turn out perfect

Threading all the way, it's true, you don't get the same precision with waxing. And strangely enough threading, when done well, can actually make thin brows look fuller (don't ask how!)

threading is definitely the way to go if you're looking for longevity and a precision in shape. waxing doesn't last as long however, it gives you very clean looking results. the long term effects are detrimental though. so definitely threading

It really depends on what you prefer. The trick is to find a technician that really knows what they are doing and takes the time to shape your brows. I have had great results from both methods. Also have had so-so results from both. Be vocal to make sure you don't get cookie cutter brows!

Threading can only be used on a flat surface like eyebrows, it's mainly used for people with sensitive skin, allergic to products used in wax and people with low tolerance for pain. Waxing is my choice it's quick and you get results, the horror stories people talk about like there skin getting ripped off this would be either two things- the therapist didn't pull the skin tight enough or the client is on a medication they didn't tell the therapist

Britt, threading is when they use a thread to pluck your eyebrows or facial hair. Think of it as tweezing except using a string, thus the precision because they can pluck several hairs at once or individually

Waxing does pull out the root but not as well as threading. Use threading on ur face like eyebrows and upper lip but u can't do it on ur body really it would we way too painful and take too long!

Forgive me for sounding dumb, lol, but is threading for more than just eyebrows??

threading 100% it gives a really precise finish and last ages and is more gentle than wax especially around the eyes
