My face and hair are producing so much oil. I haven't changed my hair care or face routine what's the deal. Is it because it's hot??

My hair was doing that around a year ago, even when I have a dry scalp. I switched to a Sulphate free shampoo and avoided conditioner a bit, like I used to wash and condition daily, I changed it to thrice a week and it helped soo much!

And having blessed with oily skin my skin does that often. Ever since I started using Sebamed PH balancing face cleanser and toner, its been much better. Seasonal changes can definitely affect skin and hair, especially heat and humidity. Try switching your routine to accommodate PH balancing products and an oil absorbing face mask, those help tremendously.

I hear jojoba oil helps trick the skin into not producing so much oil.. Maybe try that. As for your hair, maybe try using dry shampoo :)
