You look a lot like my sister lol :) her hair is layered and thinned out and about shoulder length and it looks good on her so I think it'd look good on you too :)

That color is beautiful! I would keep the color (maybe add a few warm caramel/ dark warm blonde highlights for added dimension) and go for a few extra layers. A dark pixie with long feminine fringe would be cute on you too if you wanted to go super short  :)

I think it would be cute if you bobbed it to your chin and had it straight. Personal opinion! But I love the color and the curls in your picture. (:
