When I do a smokey eye my bottom lashline usually has a light pencil on the waterline to make my whites/eyes bigger, and on the lower lash line, some of my darker lid colors on the farthers corners, a lighter or transition color in the middle and then the inner corner of the bottom lashline meets with my highlight on the inner corner on the tearduct.
