I hated baby lips honestly :/ I only tried one though. Had to give it to my mom haha. I use Nivea and it is AMAZING for keeping your lips moisturized. I don't use a tinted kind but I know they have some.

Fresh Sugar Lip Treatment. The price is yikes but I swear it's worth it. It really works. Just keep small children away. They seem to like to destroy it :(

I really love Labello (don't know whether that's an international brand though) and they have tinted ones and I really like the sweet pout in pink macaron by Victoria's Secret. It's not really a balm more like a gloss though

I like baby lips & baby lips are no where near waxy compared to eos or something like that! My favorite is the dr. Rescue but I own one of the originals and it's nice as well (: I also really like revlon lip butters which are a lipstick but they are so moisturizing!! I highly recommend them even if your not looking into a lipstick!!

Eos lip balms are great but 1 they are waxy & 2 they aren't very pigmented and the ones I own are clear lol.

My favorite lip balm is Jack Black. Not tinted but it does wonders.
