To me this looks like beachy waves , which even though most of us dont take a dip into the beach quite often you can still achieve the look :) Easy Peezy Lemon Squeezy . Lol just go to your local beauty supplies store like Sally's for instance and see if the have any sea salt sprays . If not you can easily DIY :) with sea salt , water , any oil of your choice (preferably coconut to give you that tropical smell) and a bit of some hair gel . Mix it all together in a spray bottle then Spritz it in your hair . Dry it with your blow dryer on liw and Sha BAM! Beachy waves lol
