If your skin is very sensitive then I wouldn't recommend using home remedies.
Is their any particular reason why you're not allowed to use products? I'd say these were a better option for sensitive skin as they are often tested to make sure they don't irritate sensitive skin, especially if you go for certain brands.

- Oatmeal and honey masks.
- Oates, honey, and olive oil as a face scrub.
- I know you only want home remedies but I recommend checking out The Body Shop Aloe Vera line, it's extremely gentle on sensitive skin. I really like their soothing toner. You can't really permanently shrink pores, but putting cold water on your face can make them temporarily appear smaller.
