My skin is breaking out really bad, I wash my face twice, face mask once a week, and I steam my face once every weekend I eat healthy and only drink water. Can someone tell me what I'm doing wrong?!??

Your cleanser and mask might not be the right type for your skin type. You might want to go see a derm. To tell the truth, you might be stuck with it if it's hormonal. It should go away when you're older, but hormonal acne is totally natural.

Maybe try washing your face with a different cleanser and try using a spot treatment for those areas that are breaking out

It's probably just hormonal but definitely get a good spot treatment. I have heard good things about tea tree oil and clean & clear spot treatment.
