Do you usually get this piercing on both ears?

The little cuff earing in the middle, is that called a outer helix? well do you usually get that piercing on both ears? cause I know the top helix you usually only get on one ear.

I feel like it's all personal preference. If you want it on both then go for it!

I'm pretty sure that cuff isn't a piercing. I wear cuffs all the time with no piercing hole.

You don't have to say "outer helix" just helix piercing. And it's really just preference! I like to have different piercings on each ear but that's just me. And yes, you can get cuffs that aren't for piercing holes like Kaitlin said, but you can also get cuffs for piercing holes.
