My sister is in middle school and all she wears is neutral color eyeshadows and mascara and some lipgloss.. Never dark colors!! And some good brands that are inexpensive are revlon, almay, covergirl, nyx, maybelline, and loreal. Dont buy elf eyeshadow the quality is not that great:/ my favorite mascaras are maybelline volume express mega plush and loreal voluminious telescopic mascara in carbon black. I hope this helped(:
