Uhm I guess it depends but you should probably get a cut every 6-10 weeks. And you shouldn't wash your hair every day.

Go to Sally's beauty supply & theirs hot oil treatments you can buy for reasonable prices. I personally love getting everything I use on my hair there..

Deep condition your hair once a week by slathering coconut oil in your hair and putting it up for 20 min to an hour. Shampoo it out. It leaves your hair silky smooth and it cleans the follicles to help growth.
