Happy Holidays all!
If anyone watches Shahs of sunset you know of Lilly Ghalichi and her huge hair that i love. I found that shes uses conair hot rollers, has anyone used hot rollers before, do they cause damage? I have really thin hair and love volume.

They won't cause as much damage as like curling iron cuz its a different kind of heat its more a a damp heat! Try it out :)?

Any heat on the hair has the potential for damage damp heat or not...use a heat protectant spray...and make sure your hair is completely dry before using them and you should be just fine

Caruso rollers are great! They don't use heat, it uses steam to curl your hair and you don't even have to leave them in long if you don't want
