So Ive heard from many sources.If you want a long wearing foundation you need to use a water based primer with water based foundation,and a silicone primer with a silicone foundation.Well I have oily slight combination skin.And I use Revlon colorstay for oily to combination.So what kind of foundation is it? And what would be a good corresponding primer? Thanks!!!!
