I only have the Lorac 2, but I love it!! The cool tones work well with my skin an bring out my brown eyes, I would reckoned it if you have cool-toned skin. :)

I haven't even used my lorac 1 or 2 I was in the same situation as you so I got both and the fact I have a huge weakness for  palettes.

Well I think the 1 is more versatile and is better if you don't already have a lot of palettes. It's great because it has a range of basic shades everyone needs in their collection (matte transition shade, matte black and white, gold) AND some different yet still neutral shades that add some interest (pewter, garnet, deep purple). So I'd say go for the 1 if you don't already have a bunch of palettes. With the 2, everyone says its a cool palette, but I don't agree with that. I think it has MORE cool shades than the 1, but it's also got some gorgeous warm colors. So that's a plus of the 2, you're getting a range of both cool and warm. I think the 2 is good if you've already got a lot of eye shadow, because I feel it has some more unique colors and has more potential to have colors you don't already own. If you're into neutrals,or if you've just started or you don't have many neutral palettes go for Pro 1.I think it has all the colors you could use for an everyday look or even a dramatic night time look.I would choose Pro 1 over UD Naked 1 anyday.
I lovee Pro 2 bcz it has a mix of shades so you can do neutral as well as bold looks with it! I like to play with a bit of color and the blue,plum,gold eyeshadows in it really caught my eye! So I'm getting the Pro 2 first and then maybe Pro 1.Sorry I'm terrible at explaining :P
