Maybe massaging your face in downward motions would help drain the fluids down :)

Facial massages do help.. I believe 'Bubzbeauty' has an excellent video demonstrating on how to properly do so.
Also, limit your intake on salt.. since salt does play a big role in it.

Well I always put an ice cube in a rag and massage my face with that when I feel puffy or my pores are huge.

Watch what you eat and drink a few hours before bed as Kitty mentioned salt consumption (also disguised as sodium) can make ya a bit puffy. Especially during the time mother nature visits as you will retain extra bloat (water retention) and then if you're consuming too much salt...puff central.

Agree with everything mentioned and don't forget to drink a glass of water before bed and within a half hour of waking up.

Splashing your face with cool water helps too if you're in a pinch and need to make the puffiness go down.

I use Korean masks couple times a week and keep it in the fridge before I use it! Hope that works!!
