Oil free foundation/bb creme that won't break me out?

I'm looking to buy a new foundation or bb creme that is oil-free and good for acne prone skin. I get cystic acne around my jawline, and I think the bb creme I'm using now is aggravating it more. I prefer more of a "second-skin" type look, so nothing cakey please! :) price doesn't matter!

I actually use the cover fx powder foundation for extra coverage over my bb creme right now. I love the powder, I just need a new bb creme :)
