I have oily skin. I break out really easily also. It goes away for a while and then it comes back. It keeps getting worse though. I used to just break out a little on my forehead. And then I had some blackheads on my nose but most people do. But now it's on my chin, cheeks, forehead and everywhere basically. My chest, back and shoulders too. What are the best cleansers and what not?

I don't mean to be rude to Krystin but coconut oil will not help. It would moisturizer but if you break out easily it might make you break out even more because it is comedogenic.

Benzoyl peroxide, diluted tea tree oil, or sulphur ointment would probably work.

That sounds a lot like my skin, lol!
For acne on your body I'd suggest the St. Ives apricot scrub, start with the normal one, then if that's not enough you could try the one specifically for acne. You can use it on your face as well, but maybe only a couple times a week at first to see how your skin reacts to it.
For spot treatment, you could try dabbing some lavender oil on the blemishes at night.

Cetaphil cleanser has worked the best for me and I have tried many many cleansers. I would also recommend getting oil free foundation like bare minerals latest one. I hope this helped!

What products and routines work for you definitely depend on your skin...
