I have a job interview tomorrow for an event planning and marketing role! I think I want to wear this dress because it's super hot in Australia right now and all of my other business-y clothes are long sleeved. I'm wondering how I should do my hair and makeup for it and if I should wear any accessories.

Also I think I might have to go pick up a new pair of shoes, these are my only shoes that aren't vans haha.
