I swear by hard as hoof. Makes my nails really strong! And keep moisturising!

Hard as hoof is the best, only if you remember to put it on like twice a day though...

I bit my nails for 22 years!! Then I started applying 2-3 coats of Sally Hansen hard as nails and then painting them with a pretty colour - I found I had to keep the manicure perfect or else I would start picking them or biting them... But now it's been like 3 months and they're really long and strong! I just have to keep them perfectly painted!

I used to have really thin nails because I peeled my nail polish off and it was seriously taking layers of my nail off. I started using non acetone nail polish remover and always buffing and shining my nails. It's been a few months and they're so much better.
