I don't have an eyebrow pencil and for some reason none of the beauty/drug stores in my area carry them. If I use an eye pencil, will it give the same results? If so, how do I fill in my eyebrows?

You should look at my brow routine video on YouTube!! all I saw was the word fleek 😂 but I used a couple different products, but what Hailey said above was so true.

You could use a matte eyeshadow, use one a shade or two lighter then your brows, and use a darker color when filling in the arch. P.s. I know you said none of the drugstores carry anything but if you really look I'm sure you will find something. Milani has a brow fix powder kit with a light shade and dark shade alone with a highlight..it's cheap and works great!

Use a matte eyeshadow and apply with an angled brush. That's what I used to do. Just make sure you set it with brow gel because it can rub off during the day.
