Should I work at Sephora or Ulta?

Thank you guys for the thoughts, so I officially accepted Sephora today! Apparently a lot of workers there came from Ulta with not so good experiences :/ I start Monday *cross your fingers I go permanent*

I have friends who've worked at both and my sephora friends seem to like their job better. Sounds like it could be more money too!

I recently got offered a position at both interviews but don't know what to do. Ulta is offering a permanent position with as needed hours which can range from 10 to 30. Employee discount is 25% off of everything and 50% off of their salon. Also, I have the freedom to wear whatever I want so long as it's white or black (except for a white dress or pants).

Now onto Sephora, they offered $3 more hourly, as needed hours with a seasonal position til April which can go permanent depending on how I perform. They're big on training and their discount is 20% off everything 40% off Sephora brand.
Thanks in advance for the help or suggestions!
