Porcelain Doll Dress Help?

Hi,

So for Halloween I'm dressing up as a broken porcelain doll. I have the makeup idea down, but I need help with the dress. (I already ordered ball joint gloves and tights) I need a cute little dress that you would see on a six-year old's doll. Maybe like a lolita dress? I can't find any, and I would like to spend under 50 dollars for the dress. No adult things please. I'm 13, and skinny, if that helps. If the dress is multiple pieces (dress and a thing to wrap around it or whatever) that's okay. I'll post more details if needed. Thanks!

Ezcosplay might be a good starting place. They have high quality costumes for cheap.
