So my hair is pretty dry and damaged... I need something, anything that will help put moisture back into it and just make it smoother, less damaged, and just over all look better. Any suggestions? :)

Hmm where can i startt when yu wash yur hair when yu finish your shampoo rinse it out with warm to hot water then put your conditionner you should this first before washing your body this way you can let the conditionner sit for at least 2 mins then when you rinse out the conditionner so a cooler rinse. The hot water will open your hair cuticle and let the conditionner penitrate the colder water will close the cuticle sealing in some of the moisture, after try to use a bit of a hair treatment before styling, moroccan oil, argan, macadamian, olive ect

Macadamia natural oil hair masque. It. Is. Amazing. In stores it can be pricey. I ordered mine on amazon and got twice the amount for cheaper than the small container at Ulta

You can try any conditioning product targeted for African-Americans. Our hair requires moisture to thrive and alot of hair care products target this necessity for us. Don't worry about your hair getting greasy or oily or weighted down. Just pick a conditioner and enjoy your results. I suggest the Mizani line, Creme of Nature Argan oil collection, or Silk Elements collection.

Organic, first press Olive oil. Leave in overnight, with a plastic cap on, then shampoo out.
