Outfit ideas for a fair tonight?

I'm going to a fair and I have no idea what to wear. For pants I have either jeans (light ripped or dark blue with no rips) or leggings (grey or black), and I have no idea what shirt to wear. Does anyone have any suggestions on what to wear?
