I've heard that brushing your hair while showering gets rid of tangles fast and I do it everytime I shower but I've noticed that my hair falls out a lot when I do that...I don't know what's causing that but there would be so much tangled hair on the brush when I'm done getting the tangles out and I'm wondering is it not good to use a hair brush while showering?

Please don't brush your hair while its wet! That it's when it's most sensitive and it's bonds are loser which makes it more susceptible to breakage. Instead, rinse your hair with cool water at the end of your shower then pat it dry with a towel, once damp run through it with a wide tooth comb.

You can comb it through but not brush it...you do it after you apply your conditioner.
