So I want to dye my hair without the commitment and the damage. I found this garnier hair color that is supposed to not damage your hair and only last around 2-3 washes. Is this true and what do you think of the product?

My mom uses garnier when she dyes her hair & her hair doesn't look damaged at all. She loves it & always dyes it! Haha.
