elf (believe it or not) has nice quality brushes at Target or even some Dollar stores, Real Techniques, Ulta Brushes, you can also try Crownbrushes.com or BHcosmetics.com I also have 3 TokiDoki brushes which are cute but I love the hairs. They are so soft and very nice and good with blending.
