I keep on getting breakouts above my top lip. That is the only spot I really get pimples. Is there a way to stop getting breakouts there? It is really annoying because its hard to keep concealer on there because when I drink the water washes it away.

One scenario would be if you waxed your upper lip, and didn't clean off all of the wax from your upper lip. That would clog your pores and make you break out. Another scenario would be if you were wearing a long wearing foundation, and again, not cleaning it off all the way at the end of the day properly. Make sure you are properly cleaning your skin at night and hopefully that helps.
