I know for sure that you can purchase it from Walmart. It works wonders for my combination skin. It's the only thing that I'll use on my face. I love putting it on & letting it work while I'm in the shower. It has a tingling sensation that makes my face feel so refreshed afterwards. It also makes my face feel so smooth.
