I just started using dove hair shampoo and was wondering if it works well? its for frizzy and damaged hair.

I like the intense moisture line from dove it helped a little when I had chemical damage from bleaching but it won't repair any damage that's already been done it can only help to lock in moisture or prevent some damage.
