what's the best pencil and/or powder to define and fill brows? I've tried so many & I can't find one I really like sooo opinions please! :)

I actually like the elf one. It's really cheap like $3.00 but I like it. And I mostly just use the gelish side and it does the trick for me.

I really like Revlon Brow Fantasy! Not too expensive but looks great!
