MUFE Lipsticks are super pigmented, not all are mattes though. And I love urban decays lipsticks. Tartes are really good tooo :)
Though my absolute favorite are melt cosmetics. Not at sephora though, they're the greatest formula and sooo pigmented.

Sephora also sells a cream lip stain that's like KVD liquid lipsticks, but feel nicer on your lips. also aren't as drying, and are $5 cheaper.
