Layers were my worst decision somebody how do I style and or fix my problem 😭

I understand. I have layers too and I dislike it. My layers are growing out so it's not bad like it was. What I been doing to style whole my hair was growing out was top knot buns or top half in a ponytail or bun and the bottom half was left down.
