Ootd help? It's raining & I'm hella unsure.

Okay so it's raining in the town where I go to uni but it's also hot. I can't find my usual cream cardigan for my dress and I did my makeup before it started rain so my eyes are a little more bold than I'd usually wear for just a tshirt and jeans. Anyway. Should I wear this sweater or should I just change into jeans and a shirt? I'm wearing black doc martens btw.

I'd just go with jeans and a tee. Nothing wrong with bold makeup and a simplistic outfit.

I usually save bold lips for jeans and a tee. I found my cream one but it had a satin. I just left my room without one since the rain let up.
